The manager mentioned local stores have donated over 16 grand to the local May 16th Tornado Relief Effort. - Kudos I always love their Hot Italian Roast Beef Sandwiches. We have a miserable Heat Dome hanging over the area and it was too hot to shop or cook. After running a minimal few errands, I stopped by Lion's Choice on the way home. Tasty as ever.
6-9-25, 4pm. I had a great meal at this Lion's Choice near my home. The restaurant was clean and the food was great. Born and raised in Creve Coeur Mo, I have been enjoying Lion's Choice since I was a kid. The Roast Beef is always delicious and their fries are extremely tasty. Try all of the sauces, and get a Treat ( cone dipped in chocolate) after your meal. TK
1st time hearing of and trying Lion's Choice. I was really impressed by this roast beef fast food chain based out of St Louis. I really enjoyed the Au Jus station with different peppers and sauces. I love free banana peppers. The sandwich was quick and tasty. The fry seasoning was great. I will definitely have it again next time I swing through the St Louis area. Great online allergen guide for the kids.
On a recent trip the STL, my cousin mentioned grabbing some food at Lions Choice. I said...what is Lions Choice? He looked at me and said... you've never had Lions Choice??? You have been coming to STL for the better part of 40 yrs and have never eaten there?? My first experience at Lions Choice was giving me Ar*y vibes, was I wrong...so wrong.. my cousin ordered 2 originals with Swiss and spice with fries. He said ...make sure you get the Au jus....I witnessed freshly sliced roast beef done to the temperature I wanted. The beef shaved and piled high on a bun and topped with a slice of Swiss. The staff at this location were pretty awesome as I told them it was my first experience trying Lions Choice. We got our sandwiches and went to the sauce station and grabbed some sauces for the sandwich and the "Au Jus" from the dispenser. Lots of flavor and the jus you can almost drink that stuff. Wayyyyy better than the competition...5 stars!!!
I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. I visited the Chippewa location—even though it's out of my way—because of the service I had previously received at the Hanley location here in St. Louis on a couple of different occasions. I was so grateful and appreciative of the Chippewa employees. They were incredibly kind, quick, and respectful—not rude in any way. Since I don't get to eat fast food often, the experience really matters to me. Because of this, I’ll definitely be visiting Darion and Michelle at the Chippewa location again. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!
This location has taking a turn! We were hesitant to try again because this location wasn’t up to par but, they are back!! 15 of us today ordered and everything was perfect. All orders were correct and food was delicious. Service was exceptional and they worked as a team. I am so happy we can now visit our city Lion’s Choice again and not have to drive to the county for a roast beef sandwich. Give them another chance.
I swear this manager was just running around and still getting people out of there a was so apologetic and friendly. I wish I would have got her name. She definitely deserves 5 stars on her own. The restaurant was clean and food was amazing. Thank you unknown Manager
This manager she was so nice. i couldn't believe how it was just her and another young man working, and instead of rushing me through my order she still took her time telling me about the different sandwiches. Our meals was absolutely amazing. We dont eat out much anymore because we believed that fast food service has declined. I WAS WRONG! Great job lions Choice! just amazing
